3. Explain how your action plan (aversion of CO2) helped the oceans ecosystems. Hint: How is increased CO2 concentrations affecting the ocean (list two ways CO2 are a detriment to the ocean)? Give a specific example of the detriment/consequence. Please research on your own or see the websites/paper below. 4. What is the concentration of carbon dioxide in ppm and Gt (gigatonnes) in the atmosphere (google it)? How does this compare to your averted CO2 calculation from SL4 Progress Report/Outcomes. Does the CO2 averted seem like a lot? What if 1,000 or 1,000,000 people made the changes you implemented? Would it make a difference?
