- Many states bar public sector employees from striking. Pick one specific state [Maryland, VA, Calif etc] and discuss just one profession/occupation not allowed to strike and why?
Hint: Public sector employers hire employees to fulfill official functions and perform public services, such as law enforcement, public education and public safety [gov employees]. Private sector employees work primarily for businesses or non-profit agencies.
- Discuss the pros and cons of the no strike policy as to the one specific occupation.

Definition. Public Sector refers to the part of the Country’s overall economy which is controlled by the Government or various Government bodies. The private Sector refers to the part of the Country’s overall economy which is controlled by Individuals or Private Companies.Pick two private sector professions and/or public sector occupations in the United States and discuss 1. What factors must be taken into consideration to determine whether it is feasible to go to 10hour days/4 days a week or stay at 8hour days 5 days week for the professions/occupation you have chosen.
