The Walt Disney Company (Disney) is worthy of inquiry to determine the source of its continued excellence. Most notable among the organizational leaders’ accomplishments in almost 100 years of business is the ability to consolidate and merge with other companies. The current Disney organization is a mass media consolidates with five major divisions. How does such a large company stay true to its core values of innovation, quality, community, storytelling, optimism, and decency?
